Kimberly Schnepper wrote a sympathy message

“Our Deepest Condolences to the Alcon family. I only knew Manuel for a short time. I met him through my neighbors Grace and Brian Murray (His Daughter & Son In-Law). I learned he was an avid American Legion Member. May God Bless, Comfort, and Strengthen all his family and friends. We have lost a great Legionnaire, but he won't be forgotten. He just moved upstairs to Gods House. Thank You for your Service to Your Country and The American Legion Manuel. May you R.I.P. Love Scott & Kim Schnepper”
