He is survived by: his daughter Clara Adkins-Carter; his grandchildren, Jordan Sandoval, Alexandra Carter and Samantha Carter; his son Donnie Adkins II (Ashley); his grandson Isaiah Adkins; his sons, Derek Adkins and Devin Adkins (Dominique); his granddaughters, Hailie Campos, Embrie Adkins and Adalie Adkins; and his siblings, Stella Gomez, Arlene Romero, Patrick Adkins and Michael Adkins.
