He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodrow Carr and Lula Carr; his siblings, Jimmy Branham, Richard, Howard Carr and Judy Weathermon; and his great grandchild Alexandra Morones.
He is survived by : his wife Linda; his children, Robert Donald Carr Jr., Donald Franklin Carr (Patricia) of Las Cruces, Stephanie Greene (Fred) of Amarillo, TX and Shannon White (Charles) of Mimbres; and his siblings, Floyd Carr (Marion) of Marionville, MO, Randy Branham (Beverly) of Webb City, MO and June Fritz (John) of Monett, MO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren as well as many numerous extended family and friends.
