She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel C. Schafer and Lola Schafer; her husband Donald W. McCullough; her siblings, Art Schafer, Lloyd Schafer, David Schafer, Opal Parsons, Della Berlin and Vivian Retherford; her daughter LaDonna S. McCullough; and her grandchildren, Christopher Podschun and Melody Podschun.
She is survived by: her children, Ladonna Podschun-Brown, Darryl McCullough (Anita), David McCullough, Kent McCullough (Carol) and Kevin McCullough; her sister Velma Faye Jordan; and her grandchildren, Gina Chavez (Eddie), Tawnya Podschun, Rex Good (Amanda), David Good (Katie), Dale Good (Kendra), Isaac McCullough, David McCullough, Jr. (Grace), Traci Morerod (Sam), Kristy McCullough, Darlena Hay (Donald), Amanda Johnson (Nathan), Sandee McCullough and Matthew McCullough (Bailey).
