Norma Chloe Cooper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Chloe Cooper of Milan, New Mexico, who passed away on September 16, 2021 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norma Chloe Cooper to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Thelma Casey and Monie Perkins Casey; her grandparents, Jesse and Esther; her children, Alton Jay, Jay Cooper (Melanie) of Belleville, Michigan, Sharon Thomas (Clay) of Keller and Shirley Stout of Edmond, Oklahoma; her sister Joy Nelson (David Nelson) of Tyler, Texas; her husband James Ray Cooper; her son Arthur Ray Cooper; and her sisters, Barbara Ann Casey Brown and Ramona Casey Parker. She was also cherished by 11 Grandchildren and 36 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday-September 23, 2021-from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm at Compassion Funeral Home. (Face masks will be required for attendance at the funeral).
