He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reyes Portillo Chacón and Guadalupe Martínez Andrade; his spouse Lupe; his children, Rocio Ortiz, Flower Ortiz (Luis), Jesus Chacón (Connie), Rose Chacón and Iris Chacón; and his granddaughter Joselyn Ilene. He was also cherished by loving grandfather and leaves behind 18 grandkids.
