He was predeceased by: his sons, Daniel Vazquez and John Michael Lopez. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Methola (Hernandez) and Reymundo Lopez (Alicia); his wife Julie Lopez; his sons, Joshua D. S. Lopez of Katherine, M. S and Michael A. Vazquez (Veronica); his grandchildren, Izabella and Addyson Vazquez; and his siblings, Geri Perez (Chavelo), Christina Murrufo (Servando), Gilbert Lopez (Brook) and Armando Lopez (Nikki). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
