She is survived by: her husband Jose Velasquez; her children, Robert Velasquez (Melissa), Veronica Velasquez (Adam), Andrea Montgomery (Aaron) and Jessica Velasquez (David); her sister Denise Sierra (Ray); and her grandchildren, Brealle, Andrew, Janayah, Carlos, Jesus, Seth, Abigail, Vincent, Gage and Esmia. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
