Lilyan Johnson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lilyan Johnson of Mesilla, New Mexico, born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on May 14, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Miller and Mary Hahs Miller; her sisters, Mary Murrell and Amanda "Susie" Waters; her niece Sarah Waters; her parents-in-law, Frank, Grace Johnson, Mabel Morales and Lucy Portillo; and her brother-in-law Frankie Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband Arthur G. Johnson; her sons, Bill (Lisa) of Carlsbad, NM, Larry Hobbs (Glenda) and Art Johnson (Elizabeth) of Las Cruces, NM.; and her grandchildren, Amanda Spearman, Ty Johnson, Justin Johnson, Michael Johnson, Randi Valverde, Cori Filosa and Kameryn Baker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
