It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Orosco Garcia (Mesilla, New Mexico), born in Lincoln, New Mexico, who passed away on July 11, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Garcia; her siblings, Beatrice Ortiz, Alice Orosco, Chon Orosco and Ralph Orosco; her granddaughter Elise Pereira Bessie; and also Albert Garcia.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger Thompson, Dorothy Dalton, Jeanette Garcia and Cynthia Daniels; her grandchildren, Kimberly Gutierrez (John), Benjamin Thompson, Brian Dalton (Katrinna), Nathan Pereira, Morgain Garcia-Ghost, Joseph Daniels (Janella) and Laryssa Daniels; her great grandchildren, Sofia Gutierrez, Samuel Gutierrez, Chase Murphy, Jade Daniels, Akira Pereira, Mika Pereira and Madylyn Dalton; and her sister Mary Pruitt.
