She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Rose Cissnie (Cissnie) and Lewis Chino; her siblings, Billy, Jimmy Landrie, Freddy Chino, Tanis Torres (Chino), Vickie Davis (Chino) and Janie Chino; and her children, Thomas John Blazer and Beverly Faye Lapaz (Blazer).
She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Art" Blazer; her sons, Arthur "Butch" Blazer (Joyce) and Kenneth "Kenny" Blazer; and her siblings, Kita Saenz (George), Harriet Aguilar (Tino), Terrell and Roden Chino.
