He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Payestewa Dennis; his daughter Dorthea Terri Prieto; his grandson Hanson Dennis; his siblings, Larson Dennis and Louanne Sockwyma; and his stepchildren, Christopher Payestewa, Sandra Belin and Shelley Belin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
