She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Duran and Cecilia Duran (Doporto); her husband Sixto Leyva; her granddaughter Danielle Leyva; and her siblings, Jose Duran, Manuel Duran, Mary Duran and Delia Tena.
She is survived by: her son Alonzo (Corina) of Lovington; her siblings, Nancy Saldaña of Albuquerque and Juan Duran of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Christopher Leyva (Christina), Cynthia Hernandez (Rogelio Jr.) and Amanda Vela (Matthew). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; several nieces; nephews.
