He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Arminda Scott Hudman; his brothers, Jessie Luther Hudman (Clotha Hudman), Aril Edward Hudman (Beverly Hudman), Emmitt Milton Hudman (Carolyn Hudman) and William "Bill" Scott Hudman (Polly Hudman); his former wife Janie Hudman; his son Jerry Burke Hudman; and his children-in-law, Jeff Nagy, Mark Mallard and Kay Hudman.
He is survived by: his wife Michele Hudman; his sister Francis Parlee Young (Leland Young); his children, Paula Beth Boughton (Robert Boughton), Rebecca Jean Mallard, Robert Earl Hudman, Martha Sue Porter (Kenneth Porter), Timothy John Welch and James Michael Welch; and his grandchildren, Nathan Boughton, Matthew Boughton, Jessie Deane, Bonnie Boughton, Jennifer Clemons, Tiffany Murtland, Brianna Hudman, Anne Burke, Bobbie Montoya, Benny Montoya, Teresa Nixon, Brandon Porter, Brian Porter and Bethany Franklin. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
