He is survived by: his wife Magdalena Oliva; his children, Luis Carlos Oliva, Diana Cristina Maal, Ericka Armendariz and Monica Ann Kugler; and his siblings, Juan Rodriguez-Oliva, Felix Rodriguez, Santiago Rodriguez, Lupita Fowler, Macrina Soto, Patricia Bennett, Ana Gutierrez and Lola Gutierrez.
