He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Millsap and Ollie Millsap (Miller); his wife Patricia Millsap; and his daughter Kimberly Millsap. He is survived by: his children, Alan Millsap, Kathy Strawn and Torre Collier. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
