She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Love and Sarah Inez Love (Austin); her husband J. D.; her son Jimmy Darwin Cross; and her siblings, Everett, Edward, Bruce and Marie Simpson.
She is survived by: her son Steve (Lewana Cross) of Lovington; her sister Dorothy Damitz of Kansas City, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Lori (Matt Christian), Jimmy D. (Barbara Cross) and Roseann (Tommy Coen). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
