She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Perez and Josepha Perez; her husband Apolonia Vega Sr.; her children, Ruben Vega and Trini Alvarado; and her granddaughter Regina Vega.
She is survived by: her children, Librado Vega, Apolonio Vega Jr. (Olga) and Rachel (Donnie Trevino); and her brother Inocencio Perez. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home (1106 N Main St, Lovington, NM 88260). A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Lovington Cemetery (600 W Gum Ave, Lovington, NM 88260).
