He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Trinidad and Maria Moreno (Alamillo). He is survived by: his children, Juan Moreno Sr., Abel Moreno Sr., Ernesto Moreno Sr., Willie Moreno, Timothy Decker, Ramon Moreno Jr., Lorenza Acuna and Maria Hernandez; and his sisters, Dolores Pando and Trinidad Cardenas. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home (1106 N Main St, Lovington, NM 88260). A rosary was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lovington Cemetery (600 W Gum Ave, Lovington, NM 88260).
