He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulalio Quiroga and Reynalda Cano; and his son Servando Quiroga. He is survived by: his wife Rafaela Quiroga Sanchez; his children, Enrique Quiroga, German Quiroga, Marco Antonio Quiroga, Joe Pena, Alma, Sara and Maria Quiroga; and his siblings, Alfonso, Raul, Antonio Quiroga, Irene, Griselda and Abigail Quiroga. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
