She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bland and Melissa Bland; her husband Frank Moser; her sister Artie Baysinger; her son-in-law Ron; her grandson Jonathan; her great grandchild Nathan; and her granddaughter Vanessa.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Medeck of Garden Grove, California, Peggy Hughes of Lovington, Henry Hughes (Debbie) of Hobbs, NM, Clifford Mark Hughes (Kathy) of Cache, OK and James Hughes (Angy) of Firestone, CO; and her siblings, John Bland, Maxine Dennis and Marilyn Hatfield. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memory Lawn Memorial Park (2605 E 19th St, Roswell, NM 88201).
