He was predeceased by: his parents, Dabid Pando and Cruz Pando (Sanchez); and his son Rigoberto Pando. He is survived by: his wife Belzua Pando; his children, Arturo Pando (Dora), Ninfa Lamb (Danny), Delma Rey (Tony), Mireya Trujillo (Michael) and Dana Trujillo (Micah); and his sister Gracia Carrasco. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home (1106 N Main St, Lovington, NM 88260).
