It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel G. Quiroz of Lovington, New Mexico, born in Lamesa, Texas, who passed away on October 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Quiroz and Eugenia Quiroz (Guiterrez); his wife Alicia Quiroz; his daughter Diane Alarcon; and his siblings, Eulalia Garcia, Lillie Harback, Zenaida "Sandy" Ortega, Ismael Quiroz and Benjamin Quiroz.
He is survived by: his children, Manuel Quiroz Jr. (Alma) of Lovington, Priscilla Quiroz of Lovington and Donna Quiroz of Lovington; and his siblings, Henry Gutierrez (Karen) of Lovington, Julian Quiroz (Grace) of Roswell, Salvador Quiroz of Lovington, Luis Quiroz (Julia) of Arizona, Janie (Ernest Doporto) of Lovington, Emma (Julio Espinoza) of Lovington, Elva (Joe Valenzuela) of Lovington and Yolanda (Eddie Fabela) of Eunice. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
