He is survived by: his wife Maria Dominguez; his children, Jesus Manuel Garcia Jr. of Lovington, Luis (Angela Garcia) of Lovington, Guillermo (Corina Garcia) of Lovington, Rene (Aglaeth Garcia) of Lovington and Rebecca Garcia (Oreb Hernandez) of Hobbs, NM; and his siblings, Oscar, Alfredo, Eduardo, Omar, Osbaldo Garcia, Senia Banda, Martha Esqueda, Liliana Cortez and Elizabeth Rico. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
