He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivan Garza and Lydia Garza (Villarreal); and his siblings, Felix Garza, Reynaldo Garza, Vivan Garza Jr., Angelita, Gloria, Olivia and Anita.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Garza; his children, Kimberly Moreno Garza, Desiree Garcia and Timothy Salcido; and his siblings, Johnny Garza, Henry Garza, Joe Garza, Sammy Garza, Leroy Garza, Oralia Medina, Yolanda Adalco, Senaida Castillo, Rachel Ortega and Brenda Garza.
