He was predeceased by: his parents, Esteban Alvarado and Dolores Alvarado (Sosa); and his siblings, Manuel Alvarado, Santiago Alvarado, Estefana Lara and Sheila Lujan.
He is survived by: his wife Annabel Alvarado; his children, Christopher Alvarado and Yvette Alvarado (Alexander Rhoades); his siblings, Steve Alvarado, Raymond Alvarado, Oscar Alvarado, Tony Alvarado and Margie Martinez; and his granddaughter Annalynn Rhoades. He is also survived by many nieces and nephew.
