He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudio Aranda and Domitila Aranda (Rios); and his siblings, Andrea Aranda, Eduvina Lujan, Noel and Auden Aranda.
He is survived by: his wife Lilia Ramos; his children, Elizardo Aranda Jr. of Lovington, Silvia Aranda of Lovington and Liz (John Saiz) of Artesia, NM; and his siblings, Octavio (Maria Aranda) of Lovington, Leopoldo (Julieta Aranda) of Lovington, Juan De Dios Aranda (Amelia) of Ojinaga, Mexico, Lorena (Chumel Gonzalez) of Lovington, Vella (Cuco Galindo) of Odessa, TX and Delfica Aranda of Midland, TX. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three Great-grandchildren.
