He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Payne and Evelyn Elaine Strawn (Wimberly); and his siblings, Joe Strawn and Debbie Chambers. He is survived by: his children, Justin (Kaylee Strawn) of Las Cruces, NM, Erica Strawn of Portales, NM and Jessica Strawn of Oklahoma; his sister Gay Lynn DeVore of Lovington; his significant other Naomi Villegas of Lovington; his nephew Gerome DeVore; and his sister-in-law Kathy Strawn of Alabama.
