He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Herman and Effie Cordelia Keeler (McNett); his wife Maudean Keeler; his daughter Bobbie Carlotta Bostick; his grandson Major Thomas G. Bostick Jr.; and his siblings, Larry Keeler and Alice Goins.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Keeler (Elvia), Chris Keeler, Brenda (Jim Richardson) and Terri Ann Keeler; and his brother Tommy Keeler (Vicki). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
