Billie Jean is survived by: children, Lillis Ann Flowers (Bill) of Aspermont, Jackie Lynn Richardson (Fred) and Perry Dean Goff (Gail) of Tennessee; nephews, John Perry Conley and Bill McMillian; and grandchild Numerous.
