He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Jose and Felip Vigil; and his siblings, Juan F. Vigil, Jose E. Vigil, Pedro E. Vigil, Miguel Vigil, Mazie Vigil Weaver and Felipita Vigil Vallejos.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Vigil; his sister Marie Vigil of Albuquerque; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Vigil, Jesse Vigil of Espanola, Elena Kim Vigil, David Jones (Patty), David Careaga (Amy) and Ralph Harwood (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
