He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harlin, Bernice Gregory, Jewel and Tess Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Chuck Smith and Tina Gregory; his brother Christopher Ryan Smith; his uncle Phil; his aunts, Cindy Gregory and Patricia Quillen; and his cousins, Stephanie Gregory, Seth Gregory, Garett Gregory, Eric Stutzman, Jake Stutzman and Lana Stutzman. He is also survived by his Father, Grandparents, Aunt and Cousins.
