He is survived by: his children, Rey V. (Isabel Armendarez) of Loving, Domingo, Jr. (Erin Armendarez) of Carlsbad, NM, Elva Armendarez of Albuquerque, NM, Terry (Rudy Carrasco) of Carlsbad, NM and Alice (Joe Ramirez) of Carlsbad, NM; and his siblings, Martin Armendarez of Ft. Worth, TX, Carmen (Rosa Armendarez) of Hobbs, NM, Narcisa Armendarez, Juanita (Victor Onsurez) and Ester Armendarez of California. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
