With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel McCormick Ramirez of Loving, New Mexico, born in Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on June 13, 2020 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eladio Hinojos Ramirez and Alice McCormick Ramirez; and his brother Richard Ramirez. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Ramirez (Candice Molina); his close friend Rosalinda Florez; his children, Erica Florez (Anthony Allen), LeeRay Florez (Alicia Gutierrez), Stormy Florez, Jazlyn Florez (Steven Quintela) and Shelby Vasquez (Bobby Romero); and his siblings, Josie Armendariz (Ricky Armendariz), Mary Lou Rascon (Oscar Rascon), Nelda Onsurez (Lionel), Hector Ramirez, Johnny Ramirez (Rosie Guerra) and Larry Ramirez (Lillian Ramirez). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
The family is having a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Loving, New Mexico on Monday, June 22, 2020, at 10 AM for immediate family due to COVID-19 capacity restrictions.
