He was predeceased by: his father Charles Duncan; and his son John Carl Duncan. He is survived by: his mother Georgia Duncan of Loving, NM; his wife Adele Gamel; his siblings, Susan Duncan of Loving, NM and T. J. Duncan (April) of Loving, NM; and his stepchildren, Jason Howell of Alaska and Sapphire Harvey of Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
