He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Luna and Theresa Luna; his grandmother Onesima Luna; and his siblings, Melesia Garcia (Sisto), Reina Luna, Virginia Carrasco (Andres), Eva Cordova (Marcelino), Fred Luna and Pat Luna (Betty).

He is survived by: his son Ricky; his wife Mary Lou; his children, Richard Luna Jr. and Theresa Marquez (Donald); and his sister-in-law Connie Luna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

There will be no Visitation or Reception due to Covid restrictions.
