He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Jo; his grandson Troy J. Montoya; and his brother Ivan Martinez. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Jo (Sam Ortega), Sandra Garcia (Gabriel) and Rebecca Martinez; his siblings, Jack Martinez (Irene), Louie Martinez (Maureen) and Peggy Crespin (Mike); his grandchildren, Francine Razo (Jesus), Danny Montoya, Alexis Dallas (Justin), Jack Jaramillo Jr. (Samantha), Jaclyn Jaramillo, Emily Mirabal (Johnathan) and Gabriel Garcia (Amber); his great grandchildren, Arianna, Sofia, Jesus Razo, Samuel Jaramillo, Marianna Zamora, Jack III and Jasmine Jaramillo; and his close friend Lisa LaManna. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
