He is survived by: his children, Ramona Hayes Milligan, Connie Milligan Ochoca, Lydia Milligan, Romie Milligan, Linda Milligan, Viola Milligan, Allison Milligan, Max Milligan, William G. Milligan, Julian Milligan, Charles Jones, Dean Jones, Billy Milligan, Gabriel Milligan, Jack Milligan and Fred Milligan. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
