She was predeceased by: her son Alex Saiz; her mother Soteria Esquibel; and her siblings, Claudina Esquibel, Andrea Benavidez, Eustillio Esquibel and Bolivar Saiz.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Armijo and Michael Fields (Laura); her grandchildren, Emily Armijo, Michael Fields Jr., Mario Fields and Andrew Sandavol; and her brother Robert Martinez. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
