He was predeceased by: his father James Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Denise Nicole Cooke, Milani Rae Cooke and James Patrick Cooke III; his mother Wendy Marie Cooke; and his siblings, Michael, Joseph, Tiffany, Denniellie and Robbie. He is also survived by 5 nephews and 7 nieces.
