She was predeceased by: her husband Vicente Otero; her parents, Antonio Vigil and Guadalupe Vigil; her siblings, Bartolo, Mauvro, Tomas Vigil, Rose, Nicky and Josephine; her son-in-law Theodore Raff (Ted) of Willie Lovato; her grandsons, Jeffery Otero, Victor Otero of Hector Sanchez and Ricardo Sena; and her great grandchild Delilah Otero.
She is survived by: her children, Pete Otero (Toni), Helen Raff, Theresa Sanchez (Hector), Dorothy Lovato and Vincent Otero III (Katie); and her grandchildren, Laura Cordova, Antoinette Otero, Rochelle Gomez, Tonia Sanchez, Nicole Flannigan, Marc Lovato, Eric Otero and Veronica Montoya. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
