She was predeceased by: her husband John White; her parents, Michael Kolevich and Teresa Chairez Kolevich; and her brothers, Ernest, Rudy and Jim.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Kolevich; and her nieces and nephews, Kathy, Karen, Gina, Paul and David Ortega.
In lieu of flowers Helena's wish was to please make donations to the San Clemente Building Fund.
