He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Sais and Beatrice Sais; his sister Dolores Romero; and his nephew Erin Trujeque. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Sais; his children, Yvette Sais (Greg Bank), Chris Sais (Salina) and Suzanne Sais-Mirabal (Andrew Mirabal); his grandchildren, Nicolas Sanchez (Justine), Joshua Roberson, Elena Sanchez, Eva Sanchez and Gregory Bank; and his sister Diana Trujeque (George). He is also survived by loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
