He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac and Margaret; his stepmother Sadie; his son Michael; and his siblings, Cecilia Jiron, Joe and Vincent.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Martinez (Chavez); his children, Phillip Martinez and Sharon Martinez Lassard; and his siblings, Isaac, Milton, Leonard, Robert, Vangie Romero, Veronica Garcia, Frances Fitzgerald, Martha Hofmann and Marcella Valdez. He is also survived by grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many loved nieces and nephews.
