With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ezekiel Joshua Esquibel (Los Lunas, New Mexico), born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 3, 2024 at the age of 17. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Jose Benito Esquibel Sr., Salome Baca and Sofia Baca; and his uncle Jose Benito Esquibel III (Joey). He is survived by: his parents, Joshua Esquibel and Starla Esquibel; his siblings, Joseph Parra (Grace), Isaac, Isabella and Mary Rose; his nieces and nephews, Johnny, Addy, Selena and Josephine; his grandparents, Jose Benito Jr. (Joe), Roseann Esquibel, Sally and Romulo Pizarro; his great-grandparents, Sophia Esquibel and Francis; and his grandfather Gerald Garcia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
