He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Garley and Martha Vaisa Garley; his grandfathers, Ross and Joe R. Vaisa; his aunts and uncles, Martin Garley, Arlen Romero, Leroy Vaisa, Tony Garcia, Monica Sublett, Margaret Garcia and Yvonne Sanchez; and his cousin Arlen Clayton Romero.
He is survived by: his brothers, Derrick (Rebecca) and Jeremy; his nieces, Ariela and Geanna Rodriquez; his aunts and uncles, Russell (Stacy), Donald (Della), Warren Sublett, Morris, Roland Vaisa (Rosemary), Lillian Romero and Betty Lovato (Jose); his grandmother Dolores Garley; and his nephew Bentley Garley. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
