He is survived by: his in-laws, Amadeo, Eufemia Ortiz, Jerry, Magdalena Raught, Francisco Ortiz, Kenneth Cain, Samuel Ortiz and Rebecca Ortiz; his nephew Samuel Kenneth Raught; his wife Rosalia Soto; his children, Marisa Rowen (Derek), Matthew Soto (Jovonna) and Melanie Moya (Max); and his grandchildren, Maxim, Maisie Moya, Micaela, Isaiah Rowen, Johnathan and Leia Soto.
