He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cipriano and Triny Duran; his uncles, Jerry Duran (Marvine), Gilfred Duran and Carlos Casillas; and his cousins, Steven, Paul Jaramillo, Robert Garcia (Robbie), Jerry Duran (JJ) and Ben Milton Sr..

He is survived by: his parents, Paul Duran (Dina) and Evelyn Do Black; his daughter Kayliegh Moya; his granddaughter Marina Moya; his siblings, Patrick Duran (Inez), Crystal Gonzales (Jose) and Ava Duran; his grandmother Onessia Nick Bahr; his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Jeremiah Duran, Ashley Do Black, Victoria, Rodrigo, Adriana and Ignacio Gonzales; his great-niece Amaia Gonzales; and his aunts and uncles, Lily Jaramillo (Orlando), Jeannie Garcia (Mike), Regina Duran, Yolanda Garcia (Robert), Kathy Casillas, Linda Duran, Rose Mary Sandoval (James), Betty Perea (Leonard), Balla Sobocienski and Nick Nick.
