He was predeceased by: his parents, Nabor Rael and Margaret Rael; and his sister Veronica Rael. He is survived by: his wife Melba Rael; and his children, Brenda Rael, Catherine Otero, Phillip Rael (Jaime), Elona Trujillo (Eddie), Elizabeth Villalovos and Chris Griego. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 7 sisters, 3 brothers, and many loving nieces and nephews.
