It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara V. Webster (Los Lunas, New Mexico), who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother GladysVanPelt; and her sister Elizabeth Whittaker. She is survived by: her husband J. L. Webster; her daughter Lynn Higgin; her son-in-law Randy Higgin; and her brothers, David VanPelt of Albuquerque, NM and Donald VanPelt of Whitesboro, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
